Your mission
As the Office Manager, your mission is to create a welcoming, organized, and efficiently run environment that supports the entire organization. We're looking for someone who can take on the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact at reception, welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls.
- Provide general administrative support across the organization.
- Ensure the smooth running of all office operations, including:
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Keeping common areas—especially the kitchen—tidy, organized, and fully stocked
- Assist with tasks outside the usual scope when needed to support the team.
